Oops! In the video Mr Gonzales states that water molecules are refracting light. Water molecules themselves are too small to refract light. Instead, it's the larger water droplets that are capable of refracting the light. Clouds are another example of the Tyndell effect - light is refracted from the water droplets just like fog.
